Missing Tournee rewards
We're aware of an issue that may cause some players to earn Tournee rewards, but not receive them. If this happens, please reach out to us with your in-game ID and any advertised rewards you can recall.
Large amount of disappearing Tokens
There is a rare issue that may cause some players to suddenly lose a high number of Tokens. If this happens, please reach out to us with your in-game ID and the amount of lost Tokens, for we can look into getting those back as soon as possible.
Signing in successfully but progress is gone
If you are able to sign into your game without any issues, but your saved progress isn't appearing, we recommend checking your device's connection.
Unable to play past first 90 Holes
